Nathan Wills is the founder and managing attorney of The Wills Law Firm, LLC. Believing that good communication is the foundation of effective representation, Nathan strives to provide his clients with a sympathetic ear and explains each and every element of a case.  He is a tireless advocate on behalf of individuals and small businesses, and prides himself on using listening and communication skills to develop creative solutions to his clients’ problems.                                              

Mr. Wills has tried cases in state and federal court, and argued before various state courts of appeal.   

Nathan graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Health and was a member of the Moot Court Team.  He and his Team competed in the 2003 John-Marshall School of Law’s Information Technology and Privacy Competition, winning recognition for the “Best Petitioner’s Brief,” which was published in the John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law. 

Nathan also published “A Tripartite Threat to Medical Records Privacy: Technology, HIPAA’s Privacy Rule and the USA PATRIOT Act.” This publication was selected by the Journal of Law and Health Editorial Board as the “Best Note” of 2003 and was awarded the 2004 Reminger & Reminger Award for Distinguished Legal Writing. 

A graduate of Denison University, Mr. Wills was selected as a Philosophy Department Senior Fellow and was included in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.  He led other students to volunteer opportunities with homebound HIV/AIDS patients, Habitat for Humanity, and work on a Sioux Indian Reservation.  This work led to his receipt of the University President’s Service Award for efforts in co-founding Denison’s chapter of BreakAway, a group that provides college students opportunities to engage in volunteer work during school breaks.  

Finally, Nathan studied at Université Paris VII and L’Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris, France and is fluent in written and oral French.
